I cannot believe that Ethan will be 5 months on Monday! Have I mentioned time is going by too fast?

Introduction to Solid Foods
This has been a very exciting week for Ethan, he celebrated two milestones.
On Thursday October 2 Ethan had his first serving of rice cereal! To my surprise he didn’t seem to hate it, although he didn’t seem overjoyed. I think he was curious about the new taste, his response was pretty neutral. I have made this part of his bedtime routine, so far it has not effected his sleeping, I think once he eats a thicker portion or more it will be more filling, for now it is something to add some excitement to his palette. He is so independent, he insisted on playing with the spoon and believe it or not was very successful feeding himself!
Rollin’ Rollin’ Rollin’
On Sunday October 5 Ethan ROLLED OVER for the first time! I was so excited. He rolled from his belly to his back, and the poor monkey scared the heck out of himself “what am I doing on my back?” and started crying. By the third time he seemed a little less distressed about it but still a little uneasy.
Rub-A-Dub-Dub Playin’ In the Tub
Ethan has started to play in the tub. It is so cute. I usual pour water like a waterfall and he waves his hands under it, now he is becoming interested in where the water is coming from and wants to play with the cup. And drink out of it just like mommy and daddy!
We have so much fun playing with or boy!
