8 Weeks

Ethan turned 8 weeks old yesturday! This past week was pretty eventful for our little man. He experienced his first road trip! We drove back home on Friday, Ethan cried on and off of the first 3 hours!!!! I think the thought of turning around and heading home crossed both of our minds. Once we hit Parry Sound I fed him and he slept to Sudbury. We stopped in Sudbury to see Ethan's Memere (Jon's mom).

Ethan finally got to meet his Papa (my dad) and his Auntie Nancy, Uncle Jason, and his cousins Richard, Keith, Tristin and Bryce. We had a great visit.

Ethan's First Milestone
Today Ethan had his first milestone! He played with his first toy today. He actually entertained himself be interacting with a rattle that hangs above him on his chair. Mommy showed him what to do, and with a lot of excitement and leg kicking Ethan was able to hit it on his own and even made cooing sounds to show his enjoyment!

On another note, Ethan has his 2 month doctors appointment on Monday where he will get his first shot, mommy is not too excited for this one.
