Ethan and I had a great week. I didn’t get to take too many pictures but we kept busy.
Last Monday I joined the gym, I finally got tired of holding on to my extra baby weight. And the best thing is that Ethan gets to go to the daycare there while mommy works out. Tuesday was our first day going together. Cathy, the daycare lady, says that Ethan is great and very well behaved. I was relieved, I couldn’t imagine what I would do if that didn’t turn out.
Wednesday I brought Ethan to the doctors because I was worried that he might be developing an ear infection, he had been grabbing his right ear for over a week and Monday night when I went to the gym Ethan threw up three times for daddy (late I found out that he was in his jolly jumper about 20 mins. After I fed him…) Anyhow, the Dr. gave him a clean bill of health and we scheduled our 6 month appointment for November 26 when Ethan will get his 3 set of needles.

Friday Ethan and I had a visit from a film crew! We were part of a pilot video for a new reality tv show on the Slice network. It concept is “young hot moms”. I was introduced to the idea by my friend Kelly whom interviewed for the show first. After she passed my name along they followed up with a phone interview. Within a week they came to our place and did an on camera interview with me and filmed Ethan and I interacting. They did the same with the other 4 girls in our group and then gathered us all in Milton for a photo shoot with the babies. It was so fun! Now we wait, they will present the footage to the network and the rest is in their hands, hopefully they will like what they see because we had a lot of fun working with them.
Ethan also turned 6 MONTHS old on Thursday November 13. I can’t believe that he is 6 months old already. It is kind of a bitter sweet milestone, unfortunately it is the half way make for me to go back to work in May. I just can’t imagine having to leave him at a daycare. Speaking of which I have a few interviews set up of this week hopefully I will fall in love with one that I will feel comfortable leaving Ethan at.

I am getting really excited for Christmas. Ethan’s first Christmas! I was even considering bringing him to see Santa at the mall (which is a stretch considering as I child I was terrified of Santa and would NEVER sit on his lap). I think it would eb the cutest picture ever!
I guess that is all for now. This week Ethan’s Uncle Nathan will be working in Milton so we are very excited to see him this week.
