The Last "First" Holiday

For Easter this year we thought it was important to celebrate it with family. As I write this blog it just occurred to me that this was the last of his "first holidays", his birthday is just around the corner!

We had a great Easter, he loved spending time with Memere.


We also visited his Grandpa & Grandma Solomon, Papa Lessard, and his many aunts and uncles.

We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the wonderful weather.



Ethan progressed with his walking, he took multiple independent steps, sometimes 12+ in a row. Ethan also had a great time playing with Papa's dog Blue and Grandpa's cat KC. Papa Lessard even showed him how to feed the dog.





Ethan being the very bright boy that he is quickly realized that this was a great way to lure in his prey! It was the cutest thing, Ethan would, show the dog the cracker and when he was close Ethan would try to grab the dog!




Once we got back to Grandpa Solomon's he tried this trick with the cat too!

His walking has seemed to be less interesting to Ethan, I think he is taking to easy route and reverting back to crawling, but we will get there.

Ethan playing with Aunt Tania's water cooler, he was trying to figure out how to touch the running water, but when he would try to touch the water he would let got of the trigger, so the water would stop... Let's just say there was a lot of water spilled!
